Just a quick check in, sorry no visual aids. First off, we received about two minutes of pencil tests from Madhouse and they and their contracted studios have done a fantastic job. Some really stunning stuff. If you heard a big "whoosh" of wind mid-week it was probably my sigh of relief. Suddenly I realized that certain scenes that play "okay" in the animatic will be some of the most memorable sequences in the film. We'll see some color in about a month which we hope to cut into a trailer for San Diego Comicon and on a new Hellboy Animated website.
We also had a meeting about DVD extras and I've never had the kind of support for a project of mine. IDT Entertainment is not cuting corners. Between the two DVDs there will be lots of good stuff that you won't get on any broadcast outlet. And if you're a fan of the comics, it absolutely HAS to be part of your library. I'm really excited aobut all this and I don't think any Hellboy fans will feel let down. --Tad

I know this may be a way off but do you know if the DVD will be released internationally or just in the US?
I'm a UK (die-hard) fan and whilst I have a multi-region player I'd find it easier to get hold of a local copy...

The DVDs will have an international release but I have no idea of what countries or when.
